Shipping

We create orders as they come in and ship with USPS Priority Mail. Our typical shipping timelines are:

• Towel Rings, Toilet Paper Holders, Bowls, and Trivets: 1-2 weeks

• Larger Items (including Rugs and Custom Signs): 2-4 weeks

Sizes listed in each product description are approximate and usually within 1 inch. If you have any questions or need a custom size, please contact us.

Custom and Personalized Orders

If you love an item but need a different size or color, please reach out, and we will provide a quote. For custom signs and rope letters, please double-check your order to ensure accuracy. Email picture proofs are available upon request.

Cleaning and Care

• Recycled Alaskan Ropes: Clean with a hose or pressure washer. Avoid chemicals. Polypropylene ropes (plastic) won't stain, run, or bleed. Vacuum or sweep with a firm broom.

• Manila Rope: Made from natural plant fibers, they may shrink in damp conditions and loosen in dry conditions. To prevent mildew, dry quickly if left in constant dampness. Vacuuming works well for cleaning; spot clean with mild soap and cold water, rinse well, and dry naturally after reshaping.

We cannot be held responsible for knotted items used for unintended purposes. Contact us if you have questions about the suitability of an item.

Recycling

We strive to re-purpose, reuse, and recycle as much as possible. Many of our packaging materials are recycled. If you need a receipt, please print it from Etsy or ask us to email you a copy.

How to Hang Rope Letters

The best method is to use finish nails or small brads in each letter. Alternatively, frame each letter or contact us to attach them to a piece of wood in your chosen finish. For custom sizes or signs, please contact us for a quote.
