This is one (1) curtain tie back.  The rope is 1-1/8 inch diameter and is being recycled. and is a cream beige color with white accent and dark loop. 

Use the loops at each end to hook to the wall clasp or nail. A beautiful window treatment.  Buy 2 and double them up for a chunkier look as seen in some of the photos

Choose lengths 12" -32" inches

To measure properly: take a string and put it around the curtain where you would want the tieback to hang and then measure that string and that should be the length you choose.
